Aaron has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kindeva and as a member of the Board of Directors since the firm’s creation in May 2020, having previously led the same business inside 3M. Previously at 3M, he led strategy and acquisitions for the Health Care Business Group, completing $7B+ of transactions. He has also held multiple executive roles at private-equity–backed healthcare businesses (Phillips-Medisize, Remedi SeniorCare), and started his career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. He holds a BA in Economics from Carleton College, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
As CFO, Aaron and team act as strategic business partners to help Kindeva leaders make informed decisions. Prior to Kindeva, Aaron has held several positions in senior financial leadership roles for both large and small healthcare manufacturing companies. He holds an MBA from Purdue University.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Amber leads Kindeva’s efforts for talent strategy in recruiting, organizational development and learning, benefits and compensation, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. Amber partners closely with the Kindeva leadership team to integrate human resources initiatives into strategic organizational goals. Prior to her role at Kindeva, Amber held multiple HR leadership roles at 3M and Curt Manufacturing. She holds a BA in Human Resource Management from Winona State University.
As the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain operations, Carl leads a very talented Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain team for Kindeva Drug Delivery. He has held a number of roles and gained experience within Manufacturing Operations at 3M from Customer Services to Production Leadership to Manufacturing Site Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Derby.
As Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs, Carmen leads Kindeva’s Global Regulatory Affairs organization. Carmen has held previous positions in both Regulatory and Project Management at Medtronic Neuromodulation, PDL BioPharma, and 3M Pharmaceuticals. She holds a BA in Chemistry and Biology from Augsburg University.
As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Dean leads a team of experienced professionals offering complex drug delivery systems solutions to pharmaceutical and biopharma customers, supporting new and existing business. Dean has more than 23 years of experience in a variety of finance, sales, and business development leadership roles. Dean graduated from the University of Texas-Austin Business Honors Program, with concentrations in Business and Finance.
As Vice President of Information Technology & Continuous Improvement, Katie leads our IT team including Infrastructure, Applications, and Data & Analytics. She also leads the Kindeva Continuous Improvement Black Belts who run and coach CI projects at all Kindeva sites. Prior to Kindeva, Katie held a variety of IT and Lean Six Sigma roles at 3M. She holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
As the Vice President of Legal, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Robby leads Kindeva’s global legal function, providing legal guidance to all departments. Prior to Kindeva, Robby was a division counsel, supporting global healthcare businesses within 3M in the areas of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare software. Prior to 3M, Robby worked as an attorney at the Minneapolis office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP. He holds a BA in Political Science and a BA in Sociology from the University of Minnesota, an MLS in Political Science, Sociology, and Cultural Studies from the University of Minnesota, and a JD from the University of Utah.
As the Strategy and Marketing Communications leader, Sean facilitates strategic planning and external communications efforts for Kindeva. Immediately before joining Kindeva, Sean held multiple strategy and marketing roles at 3M. He holds both a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
As the Vice President of R&D and Chief Technology Officer, Steve provides strategic and operational leadership to new technology and product development, including operational oversight of the product commercialization process for Kindeva. Steve has worked within the drug delivery industry for 38 years across topical, transdermal, intradermal, and inhalation routes of drug delivery. He holds a BS in Pharmacy and a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed pharmacist.
As the Vice President of Quality, Will leads Kindeva’s efforts toward building Kindeva’s quality brand across the enterprise in partnership with our customers. Will brings 25 years of experience in quality and regulatory leadership roles in the healthcare industry prior to joining Kindeva. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
