With over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory compliance and quality assurance, Melanie brings a deep expertise in developing and executing robust quality systems that ensure patient safety and regulatory excellence to Kindeva.
As Chief Quality Officer, Melanie is responsible for leading Kindeva’s global quality, compliance and regulatory strategy. She oversees risk management related to product quality, drives quality training programs and ensures all projects meet or exceed FDA, EMA and ICH regulatory standards. Her leadership will be pivotal in supporting Kindeva’s continued innovation and expansion into new therapeutic modalities.
Prior to joining Kindeva, Melanie held senior quality leadership roles at ReciBioPharm, Arranta Bio, WAVE Life Sciences and Ameridose. Throughout her career, she has built GMP-compliant quality infrastructures, led cross-functional teams and implemented strategic regulatory frameworks to support complex development pipelines and commercial manufacturing programs.
Melanie’s extensive background in CMC program management and regulatory affairs, combined with her passion for operational excellence, make her a key driver in Kindeva’s mission to deliver safe, effective therapies to patients worldwide.
